This is a material handling vehicle, generally used in factories, airports, railway stations etc. It operates on battery and is used to carry pallets of load from one place to another.

The existing vehicle was rather an ugly and heavy. It needed style and weight reduction.

The work mainly involved rearranging the motor mechanism and designing its hood or bonnet. The steering and seat needed attention.

The hood was converted from sheetmetal to fiberglass. This gave it style and reduced weight. The steering was made easier to handle and the seat more comfortable.
